Last week we went to Boise for for a few days. Johnathan was working and I tagged along to see the family. It was good to see everyone and it was fun to see Kieran play with his little cousins. His cousin Scarlett loves him, he is like a real live baby doll for her and she helped me feed him his bottle, change him diaper, wash his hair, she even sang him Twinkle Twinkle Little Star before he went to bed, it was so cute.

My sister Kirsten had a baby shower for Flavia, my sister-in-law while we were in Idaho. It was nice, I was glad I could be there since I usually miss that kind of stuff living in California.

WEEKEND O' FUN

We were looking at old photos and remembered we had season passes to Universal Studios and only went once the day we got them, and I was pregnant and couldn't go on any rides. So we thought we would go one more time before our passes expire in TWO days. Friday Johnathan, Kieran, I headed up. We went on the studio tour, which was fun but the fire gave Kieran a little fright. Saw the animal show for Kieran and walked around. Unfortunately we could on any big rides......thanks Kieran......just kidding. Saturday we started by going to the Pet Expo in Orange County. Kieran loves dogs, we have to huge dogs that live next door and he gets this big smile and gets excited everytime he sees them. So I knew he would like the expo. It was huge, there was a dog show, and adoptions place, farm animals, a petting area and more. We took Kieran to pet the animals. he was a little nervous but touched some of them. And of course we took him to see the doggies. Sorry Kieran its going to be a few years before you can get one. After the Expo we headed to the Strickland's for a quick lunch. Then we were off the the Grand Prix in Long Beach thanks to our neighbors for getting us tickets. It was very cool to see the cars and be there. Kieran was a little scared of the loud cars, and was beat from a long day so we had to call it a day head home.

EASTER

Easter was good. We went to church, then headed to the Peck's for and ever so delicious dinner. They had an Easter basket awaiting for Kieran, and one for us with the good stuff that Kieran can't eat.(Thank you) After dinner we took the kiddies for a stroll in the park and Kieran's favorite....swinging. We had a great time, thanks Peck's and Stickland's for the good company as usual.

Last week Johnathan had to work in San Diego for a few days so of course Kieran and I joined him. Kieran and I hung out downtown, went to the aquarium at Legoland, and went swimming at the hotel a few times. Well I couldn't resist posting this little cutie in his towel after our swim.

TIM + FLAVIA

My brother Tim and his wife Flavia paid us a visit last week. They showed themselves around LA, and I took them to the beach, the aquarium, and on a drive, and more. Now Flavia is ready get out of Boise and move to LA. Flavia is having a little boy in June so Kieran will have another cousin close to his age.

Three times a charm

I have been to Disneyland/California Adventures once a week for the past three weeks. The first time was fun, hence the last post with my cousins. Then the week after it was my birthday and you go free on your Birthday so I thought of course we will go, last week was fun and went really well and this week Johnathan can go. Well it also happened to be spring break and 85 degree weather. The lines were over an hour long, Kieran was getting hot and irritable and kept wanting out of his stroller. So after walking around for a couple hours we decided to pack up and leave.
This last weekend Johnathan's family came in to town. Janice and her family, and Genevieve. They went to Disneyland on Friday and we all went to California adventures on Saturday, I was a little nervous and to how Kieran would be from the week before but it was really fun and Kieran and his little cousin Liam did really well they even took a little nap in their strollers. It was a nice fun sunny day, it wasn't too busy so we got to go on a lot of rides, even some of the big rides thanks to Janice and Genevieve for watching Kieran while we went on the roller coaster, etc.
