Rhys is two months

The little chunk weighs 13 lbs 3oz.Is 2 feet tall and is such a sweet good little giggling baby!! We had the 2 month and 2 year appointment with the Dr for him and Kieran and they both did great. Kieran is now 30 lbs and 3 feet tall. He too is a sweet happy little boy, with some tantrums mixed in for good measure.

Jolie

This last week my other sister Jolie, her boyfriend, and their boys were in southern California. She didn't stay with us but we did get to see her a couple of days.


Took her to Redondo Pier to get some seafood.

We went and toured the Lane Victory Ship in Long Beach. A ship used in World War Two.

Kirsten comes to town

My sister Kirsten and her daughter Scarlett came to town last weekend. It was nice to see them since it has been months since I had seen them last. Scarlett is 4 and is a little mother. She was so excited about being with Rhys all weekend and holding him. Other that Kirsten being cold all weekend :) we had a great time.


We went down to the Redondo Pier to get some oysters yumm!

Kieran is usually the stroller pusher so he had a hard time sharing. They were both the official stroller pushers all weekend.




We can never make it past the Fun Factory without going in a few rides.


Kieran got a bounce castle for his birthday. They had a blast in it.


Of course we had a beach day. It was a bit windy but the kids don't care about that kind of stuff.

Watched the sunset.




Torrance had an event for kids with diggers, fire trucks, police cars, etc. set up for kids to get in and look around. So we went for Kieran. It was pretty cool.

Our last night we went on a nice walk with all the kids. Stopped by McDonald's for a cone and by the time we got home all the kids were fast asleep. YEAH!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIERAN

Kieran turned 2 on Sunday! I can't believe my baby boy is two and is not a baby anymore, but a little boy and a big brother. He is such a sweet boy and I am so in love with him. I love watching him learn and grow each day.

Johnathan got Kieran Lightning McQueen balloons since he is a little obsessed with him.



Johnathan and I made this cake. Thank you Janice for the fondant recipe, and I two was sore the next day after kneading it and rolling it out.


Kieran was so excited to once again see lightning. It is like seeing Lightning McQueen for the first time every time he sees him anywhere. That's how excited he gets. (If that makes any sense)

We had some friends over for cake and ice cream. It was a cool windy night but still a good time. and Kieran got a bite out of Lightning.

KIERAN....KIERAN....KIERAN...I love you. (It's kind of a joke because he always says mama, mama, mama, and then shows me something.)
