New Drapes

I finally got the drapes done! I got this fabric who knows when and I am a little intimidated by my sewing machine, but BIG thanks to my friend Jessica for helping, they finally done.... and I think they look pretty good.

Halloween

Saturday night we had our Trunk or Treat at the church. Soup/chili cook off, and then a costume fashion show. We won best group costume.

Sunday we had our friends over for dinner and took the kids to a couple houses.

Pumkin Patch Day of Fun

A couple Saturday's ago we took our kids to the Pumpkin Patch in Irvine, with our friends the Russell's. The weather was a bit rainy on the way there but we were determined to go.

Once we got there it stopped raining. Kieran loved all the pumpkin fun.


There was a cute little train ride around the park, with some history of the park. What a nice park it was our first time there. We learned about the holly trees and that that is where Hollywood got its name from all the holly trees that grew on the hillside.



We met up with our other friends the Spjute's for lunch and then went with them to another pumkin Patch in Huntington Beach.

Kieran and Hamilton had a blast together riding the pony, the helicopter, petting the farm animals and all the other fun stuff they had to do.

We made it home just in time to go to an evening Halloween Party. What a day!!
